Hey one pound at a time. Whatever it takes. This week I'm shooting for 1000 -1200 calories a day or less to see if I can have a greater loss. I am being faithful with my workouts and it is becoming a daily "habit" which is a good thing. I just have to cut out any "indulgence days" for a while. When I think they will shock my system they only end up having a negative effect and I gain weight sooooo I get the message. I am doing too well to backwards now. I am so ready for warmer weather so I can get to work in my yard. Actually working in the yard is one of the best ways for me to workout. I can also see the results in me as well as the looks of my landscaping. Hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow morning at my doctor's appointment. Happy early weekend everyone.

I hesitate to give anyone advice, but what has worked for me is keeping my carbs down (under 70 per day). Just thought I'd pass that along, might help, you just never know. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Lynn thank you. Helping and giving advice is really what FS is all about. I'll try it and it may work. When you find something that works for you you stick with it. I know I have tried increasing my protein now I guess I need to cut the crabs now. Not carb free but lower carb I guess.
