Haven't posted any entries yet..thought I would give er a go.
I'm almost at my pre-pregnancy weight and finally under 200.
I am just having such a hard time with my sodium levels, so my weight keeps bouncing up and down. I have been very good as to not break and have any sweets(which is SUPER hard). I have a man who loves to snack late, a toddler who just loves snacks and a 10 month old who exhausts me daily.
So, that being said..exercising is very hard to do. when I can convince my toddler to go for a walk, it is the least exercised walk ever becuase he stops to look at and pick up EVERYTHING... so I will take them on a wagon ride(pulling them both is at least 80lbs).
But I can only do that when my baby boy is awake..otherwise we are restricted to staying in the yard while he naps..
So to sum it all up...
I am fighting a snacking enabler, a lazy crazy toddler(who does not nap) and a fuss pot baby AND my mat leave is coming to an end at the end of the month(I am an RECE in kindergarten and very anxious about my return to a covid battling work place)...I CAN DO THIS!!😅
90.3 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
