Mmmm dunno, petra … but thank you! unofficial goal is between 155-157. But, happy here as a point where I feel good. The rest will be icing.

Maintainability is the best. Too low and it is always a fight... Too high and there isn't as much satisfaction. Not an easy balance to find. 😁 When you figure it out, let me know! Have a good week, br_e_co! You are doing beautifully!

Thank you Shir and Melissa, you both are the best. Hope you two are doing well. And Melissa, yeah, learned the hard way, getting down to 150 and not being able to sustain. Slow and steady wins the race.
