I guess having some extra pasta tonight motivated me a bit...didn't like seeing the red of my RDI so I did 30 squats tonight. Was at a body works class yesterday (my every Sun. class)and did at least that many there plus a host of other things. For those of you who are just starting with 10 and adding on...keep up the good work. The more you do the easier it will get!
