I am down a pound, yay!
I am over the flu, yay!
I only worked out once this week because of the flu, boooo.
My blood sugar has been wacky all week, boooo. (hopefully because I have been sick)
I'm headed back to work today for the first time this week. (mixed emotions)

Anyway, here is hoping for a better week next week!

Glucose 132 (lowest I have seen this week has been 115)
