bewildered. had an insanely active day and 500 calorie deficit yesterday.....and yet I gain 🤔
64.1 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I noticed after high activity days especially if I feel sore I put on at least a lb. Happens to my husband too. Post workout weight gain is real. It'll drop in a day or two.

when you are active at an an extreme amount above your normal the next day or two u can be heavier. you retain more water, and have inflammation to repair all that tissue. give it a few days. And don't weigh in every day.

If it was insanely active the deficit was probably bigger than that. Its simple water retention.
