diehard3's Journal, 27 Feb 14

Another day gone and I am amazed at what I can eat and still not gain. When I was actively trying to lose, if I deviated from the plan at all, the scale punished me. Sometimes I feel guilty about what I eat and dread getting on the scale, but then when I do and see no change I am elated. I am still hanging on to my big clothes, I have a whole closet full. I have a fear if I get rid of them I will gain and not have anything to wear again. It is like they are my "just in case" clothes. I have lost so many times in the past only to gain it all back and then some. I am determined that this time that is not going to happen.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 15.0 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Diehard I am committed to keep the weight off, too. I have known all my life what foods I should not eat, and I just did not follow any plan. I had a lifetime of eating poorly. Now I am eating to stay healthy. Best wishes to everyone on their journey!

I'm putting mine in the attic "just in case"...before I gave them to charity, and I would have to buy all new clothes when I gained again. This time, they are my "fat insurance" lol.

I would keep them too. I have been up and down and I am practicing the portion control and making sure I am getting enough protein and I found my problem is carbs so now I got to work on getting that down and start walking more and than I will be good to go
