Went to the gym for the first time in months! Treadmill for 90 min. When I got off the treadmill I felt like I was walking on the deck of a rolling ship! :)
Did better on food and poiints - stuck to veg for dinner and passed on the enree which seems to have done the trick - weight back down after splurge/gain day before.
70.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
