Apparently burning fat again, so an adaptive phase may have been reached. Drank a lot of beer and ate out almost every night the week at the beginning of the month that was spent in Miami, and though I didn't gain any weight, it obviously shut down the ketosis that was started in mid January. It just goes to show how easy it is to knock oneself out of fat burning mode by taking a "day off". Weight had been maintained within 1 lb(up and down) for 4 months prior.

Will add 5 reps X set to exercise routine to promote tone and avoid converting fat to muscle. Body fat is at 11% according to caliper measurement. Maybe an additional 15 minutes can be added to biking on leg days. The pseudo circuit routine I follow requires exercise upper body one day, core the next and legs the third, with rest every six days. Another mad experiment.
