Well, I guess I found equilibrium over the past 8 months. I didn't record or consciously monitor what I ate, but I didn't gain any weight either. I work out six days per week with a combination of resistance and aerobic exercises for forty five minutes per day. I have a size 33 waist now even though I still have a bicycle tire worth of fat. I hope to lose that this year. I'm going to go ten pounds at a time.
89.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
