Went way over on points yesterday and huge gain today. But I did work for 3 hours in my yard yesterday and got a lot done.
Had all the things that trigger me working against me - arguing with kids about homework, tired, and sad (a local boy died over the weekend and the funeral was yesterday)
I'm back on track today.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 8.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Sounds like my day, except arguing with kid over chores, tired, and having a headache and just like you, back on track. I'm glad you got in 3 hours worth of yardwork, that should help some.
