You have lost some weight. Don't gain it back! Keep going!

UPDATE: FEBRUARY 24, 2014, my blood sugar is normal and my doctor took me off the diabetic pills! :)
84.4 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Even if you gain back weight, the most important is to get used to this effort as a part of your life. Once you get used to it, you already won :)

Euheide, I am a walker now. I burn more calories than I consume. No more sitting around all day long. I got this! WooHoo!
