Started intermittent fasting to see if it helps with my bloating and digestion.
Finally seeing results from my efforts.
Still maintaining a low but healthy kcal intake.
54.0 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
