Despite the rainy day yesterday, I still managed to get in some good exercise. I rode 11 miles on my stationary bike and did some home repairs . I made the mistake of eating some marshmallow Fluff (it’s a regional thing I think). 2tbs for 40 cal isn’t bad but I ended up eating half the darn jar because it was sooooo good. If there is a long enough break in the rain I think I will take a little hike in the woods today. Otherwise, my bike is calling my name.

Got a craving for peanut butter today. Managed to only eat 1 tbsp cause I ate it real sloowww😉 and felt satisfied. Sometimes you just got to.
