I weighted myself at the end of the day last night. I was 193.4. I woke up 3# heavier ??? I might need to replace the batteries in the scale or something.
89.0 kg Lost so far: 54.7 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yea, I usually don't log these huge over night fluctuations. I use to get discouraged at seeing them. Especially when I was trying to lose weight. But now not so much.

I have that happen and I ignore it. Water weight goes up and down.

Weigh fluctuates...especially after a eating and drinking and then weighing in the evening. I only weigh myself in the morning before a sip of water etc.

i make sure that I only weigh at the same time from day to day. Always on waking before eating or drinking. I did weigh once in the evening, and it was 4 lbs higher that that morning. However, I'd had a good day and the next morning i was down a pound.

Weight can fluctuate for all kinds of reasons. It's highly unlikely that you gained fat in a day. Even if you ate and drank enough to gain fat in a day, say, on a holiday or something, you probably wouldn't even gain half a pound--not to mention that it would be hard to eat that much without alcohol! If you don't drink alcohol, which can lead to a massive surplus occasionally, it's very unlikely you would even gain a fraction of a pound overnight. Well, also unless you struggle with binge eating like I used to...but I won't go into that.
