Not sure how that happened, but I will take it! On a side note my back is feeling much better, hoping that maybe next week I can get back to toning exercises. I don't want to push it too fast and end up with the back pain back.

persistence and routine eventually win! That's what's happening ;). That's great! Yeah don't push your back too much! I'm also trying to do the same heheh. I'm using much lighter weights on 1 or 2 exercises. I increased the reps and I may not get as strong but, at least I get more endurance heheh. Regarding your headache, I've read that when it is affected by the atmospheric pressure, it may be related to your sinuses. One of the things I've read recently is that the inflammation of the sinuses is largely caused by the consumption of refined sugar. This, of course is just a theory and may be completely unrelated to your actual case :P
