WooHooo!! I haven't been at 255 or under since last March of 2013!
I was a bit worried about today. Losing .2 pounds would have been fine but I lost .8 the last two days so I'm very pleased. Now to keep focus and shoot for the 252 I was shooting for last week. It's Wednesday so I have 5 days to get there and it looks like I know the right mix of exercise and nutrition to get there at the moment. If anyone can read this, any tips would be helpful.
115.7 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 40.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
