Starting weekly weigh in .. instead of ignoring. Accountability. My last 50 lbs to lose, after losing 100…taking it day by day. I have a solid 5 days down, it weigh day, and weekend mode.
83.8 kg Lost so far: 41.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
