Thanks, br_e_co! I'm just kind of fluttering around up and down, but I'm OK with that at th moment, because I'm really pushing the weights. I'm hoping the fat will start shifting soon! 😊

Here in New England, the roses peter out in July and August, but make a welcome come-back when things cool off in September and October.

Thank you, Nikina! Says the guy made purely of tight sinew and muscles... Thanks so much siegels! It is nice to be feeling things toning up! Erica, yes! Mine usually slow down a lot the next couple months, but I can decorate with them for Christmas most years, so they give back abundantly for the labor to keep them growing!
