I was worried I had gained weight this week. On 1/31 my Nutritionist told me I need to increase my carb intake. But it looks like I still lost about 3 pounds. I have to admit it is hard for me to take in as much as she wants me too. If my carbs get close to 100 (daily intake) I start to panic.
116.8 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 37.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I started diabetic classes and the first thing I was told was to eat more carbs, healthy ones at meals. My first week and my sugars are better and did lose weight. The first two day I gained 4lbs but they are gone and left pretty fast. Also I was told to not count non starchy veggies anymore. I do put in (LOL ) 1 lettuce leaf or 1 leaf cabbage to remember what I had. My next class is Monday so I am excited to go.

My nutritionist put me on basically a diabetic diet. I don't have diabetes yet, but I have risk factor for it. I had been eating only about 50-75 carbs a day. She told me I should be eating 160 carbs a day. It is hard for me to get to that point.
