i gained 3 pounds in a week? how can that be? i thought for sure i would have lost at least another pound.....i am astonished and pissed. hmmmm. the math does not compute. astounding.
77.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

It's ok for a little set back, I do my juiceing almost every day and lost ten pounds but still have my belly fat

It's called water weight fluctuation. Our bodies are made up of 60% water, so many things can effect the scale. Google "why the scale lies" for insight. Eating out (sodium in food) can effect the scale even if you stay low calorie. Exercise, sickness, medications, inflammation, etc. can all effect the scale. Hormones is a big one too.
