Today is a big day for me. I have officially lost 10lbs. I have had some days where I did better than others, but overall I am really pleased with the results. This is the first diet I’ve tried and seen results. Thanks for all of the support from the FS community. Y’all give me motivation to keep going!
65.3 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
