It's Thursday and my goal Monday is 252.6. Will I make it? Yes I think so and I will be in the 250's as planned the following Monday. Slow but solid.
116.2 kg Lost so far: 5.8 kg.    Still to go: 41.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
