yesterday I didn't have much of an appetite, I think I ate about 1300 calories. I went to the gym for about 1.5hr went shopping after and came home and did 35min on the elliptical. and woke today at more then I've weighted eating over double the amount of calories everyday. funny how the body works.
86.3 kg Lost so far: 57.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
