I haven’t been on track for almost 2 years since this whole COVID stuff happened. I’ve moved 3 times and currently waiting for my last ( I hope) apartment to open up so I can get back on track. I miss planning my meals and havin access to my own kitchen, right now I’m at my daughters house. She has 5 girls and hubby and so much to take care of. I try to stay out of her way especially when she is cooking. I know in time, I can get back on track. Just so frustrating sometimes.

I am so sorry, Claire, that things have been so rough. I've been wobbly too and only feel like I'm finally motivated and back in the rhythm of eating better and exercising. Hang in there! ❤️
