Guess my Super Bowl pizza is still with me )-: I was spot on yesterday. This morning it is 1.9 degrees outside. BRRR!kept the fire burning all night so it's not bad in the house. I need to decide if I have time to exercise this morning. Had to make juice for DH and do the dishes. So exercise or a long journal. Decisions, decisions. Think I better move my body,may least a little. The sooner I get to work the sober I can get back home and stoke this fire. This is the one time it pays for DH and I to be working opposite schedules. I'm not going to fret about the scale. I know what I'm doing is working. I'm determined to feel better in my body.
104.7 kg Lost so far: 12.9 kg.    Still to go: 20.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
