Hello all! Makin' good progress. Jogging every other day or so, had an awesome month of May with a total of 135 km. June will be significantly lower as I took the first week almost off, and then had a slow second week.

Eating pretty much what I want, but taking care of limiting portion size (and trying to stay away from sugar most of the time). Still intermittently fasting about 16:8 most of the days.

Summer is almost upon us, enjoying the yard and the outside with the family! Take care and keep it up!
