Today is Sunday, BBQ lunch at Valeria's. Weight at 8 am: 163 lbs = 73.9 kg. Ate at least 561 cal. FitBit Steps: > 2018, burned 1647 cal. Net carbs >30g, fat 33.5 g. No food after 8 pm. No exercise nor walk. Tomorrow morning Zumba at the gym - first after 2 months.
