I’m now learning to maintain my weight. So far things are easy but that has me worried. With restaurants opening up today I hear them calling. I’m only one glass of wine away from ordering something deep fried.

Yes, it is so difficult to control when tempted. But hang in there, and have an internal talk to yourself, and convince yourself, it’s okay to just not eat “that” right now. There’s tomorrow, and after tomorrow. If you crave fried stuff, try to oven-bake typical fried foods, like french toast (with skim milk & sweetener for eg.) or get an Air Fryer. Do not give in to your impulses. If you do eat fried stuff, jog for 30min. Walk 1H. Eat a huge salad after (without oli) and start fresh next day. You may not lose weight, but at least it should help you not gain.

Heh! I know that feeling. I'm lucky in that as a vegetarian I already liked the taste of healthy food! It was the overeating that was killing me. Be strong and remember it's toooootally worth it!
