Yeiii!! Lost 1.5 Kg in 2 weeks! it gives me hope that I can lose 1.5 more in the next 2 weeks, I'm so happy! I must keep behaving, and do more exercise. That will be a key to success.

This morning when put my jeans on, and didn't feel much difference I got a bit disappointed, as I thought I didn't lose more than a few hundred grams. But then I got this great surprise :)
82 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 17 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
