Weight: 163.6 lbs = 74.2 kg. I gained another 0.2 lbs. Today is Tuesday, ate 693 cal, burned 2898 cal. FitBit Steps: 5337, burned 1674 cal. It was a good day. Had Zumba exercise (intensive-4000 steps in 30 min!). Net carbs <30g, fat 35.5 g. No food after 8 pm. Slept very well last night.
