Thanks Hebrews and Denise. I've been so careful, actually hungry, feeling weak and tired all the time on my new plan. I want to let go of this restrictive eating and obsessive exercise. I took some solace in thinking it would be easier to maintain than it was to lose, but it feels like there is an elasticity pulling me back to a higher weight. I guess I need to double back down, eat less, exercise more, learn to live lean and be satisfied with a little less food, and a little more exerting myself, ........ with a little help from my friends. Like you. 😊

I'm going to organize my thoughts but I've been figuring some things out about me. My body seems to have cycles. Ones where I store water and fat then others where it wants to get rid of all the fat and be cut. I had the same problem you did. Feeling hungry all the time and weak from lower carbs and less calories. Then there are times where it's a struggle to keep up with 2800 calories just not hungry. I'm trying to learn to ride these cycles to my advantage. Grow in the hoarding times and lean out and get cut during the shedding times. Idk. My body is weird. As much as I'd love to be lean and ripped all the time it's hard to do with my activity levels between work and kids to maintain those deficits.

I know how to get ripped. Also how to get fat. Not a clue how to stay lean year round...I was going to ask you! You'll figure it out. Regardless, the scale bump is just water, as you know. No big. Let's go!

I don't know how many calories you're eating but feeling weak & hungry all the time is no way to live, Siegels. Maybe you need to add some foods that are OK to eat in bulk to help fill you up. Hope you figure it out.

Density shift in the magma beneath the Earth’s crust changing the gravitational constant. Or it could just be water 😁. My scale gets hangry when battery gets low.

So frustrating! But you know the drop will come at some point. I'm the same right now, 3 weeks of staying in my RDI and nothing on the scale. Any minute now, for all of us who have been patient and good

Protein keeps you fuller longer. It stays w/you quite a while b4 your next meal. I've always been an advocate of protein and to this day, I still luv my proteins. I'm losing muscle every year, as I age, and I don't like that. I've always been muscular, toned, firm, cut, and hard-bodied, but the older I become, the more I miss my muscle. It does become more difficult to lose weight, especially for females, when we get into our 30's. If one is not at their ideal weight, by the time they reach 30 year's of age, then the lose skin becomes a problem as well as cellulite and fat. I'm o.k. w/my aging, but I've always loved muscle....Sad, but true.... Could be muscle you've gained?!....hopefully. Take care. =)
