Weight: 163.8 lbs = 74.2 kg. I gained another 0.2 kg. Today is Monday I Ate 904 cal, burned 2852 cal. FitBit Steps: 5000, burned 1764 cal. It was a good day (now is 11 pm). I had 3 different workouts: Total Body, Arm, and Core exercise. I went for a short walk. Net carbs <30g. Slept very well last night. Tomorrow, starting a new 7-day challenge. 👍
