Not sure I believe the scale this morning and I'm expecting it to go back up tomorrow but I'll take it. I really pushed the water and vegis yesterday and it may have paid off.
147.9 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 64.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
