Reading your posts... I love tool too. And sweets .. especially gummies. I found these great substitutes only 100cal there called smart sweets.. should check them out if you HAVE to candy like me

I cannot stay away from sweets. It's practically a lost cause. I had to think about that for a minute, and you are right. It's just really frustrating. I wish I could get out out this stuck cycle out of 260, and 259. My body seems to think, 'I'm not going to lose 100 pounds again.' and then some bleeping words. I was 1550 and computers. It kept me on a planned system. What to eat, exercise, and weekly check-ins. My ex-wife lost 60, and I lost 100. That system doesn't exist anymore. I've tried to find it.

Nobody likes sweets more than me. 😂😂. I’ve substituted sparkling water for soda, but still eat a chocolate bar pretty much every evening for my after dinner snack... except that I only eat dark chocolate 85% (or higher). Those two diet changes (plus exercise) have made a huge difference

For some reason, dark chocolate is very bitter to me, no matter what percentage.
