Well, day 2 of following STRICT KETO - no sugars and eating every few hours to keep my blood sugars consistent. IT IS WORKING. Have the anticipated headaches and trying to keep my electrolytes up - need to work on that. Weight is coming off easily and (which is not my "main" focus but still needed) but I am excited by my graphs for my blood sugars more than anything. Consistency is starting.
