This morning I weighed in, yes it is something I do a lot, but this morning was intentional. I will start tracking all my food and add some exercise. Yesterday I installed the bike peddles for my spin bike (they allow me to use my specific spin shoes). I will do my studying today and organize my food. That's it. I feel overwhelmed already and at the same time motivated. I just need to focus on getting through each day - not the whole week (which is always my first thought - if I can get through this week).
