Hit all of my goals yesterday! Gym was HOT and the workout was challenging but thats probably because Ive slacked off so much.

I dont know if Ill go to the gym tonight, I have some gardening that I want to get done and I dont know if Im ready to jump back into an endurance workout yet.

Stay in Macro range
Meditate for 5 minutes
