this morning weight up slightly, ate at daughter's home on Saturday night, very healthy with salmon and asparagus but I also ate a cup of roasted potatoes with garlic salt. Today we went out to a favourite coffee bistro and shared a sandwich so I ate bread which I've been avoiding. Now drinking lots of water with apple cider vinegar to flush the excess carbs. See you tomorrow for the next Daily challenge
