Down 100g yay at my lowest weight now since Baby:)
I went way over on my sugar intake i noticed when looking at my food diary but it was nearly all from fruit. Is that ok or is it just as a bad as getting it from chocolate?

Nope it's it is better. They play completely different roles as sugar in our body. Congrats on being so close to your goal weight!

It's definitely better than getting your sugar from fruits, but you still should try not too eat too many in a row if these are high-GI fruits, because they may spike your insulin and that would result in you being hungrier soon after. if they're high-GI, try to space them between some hours or something :) It's really healthy to eat fruit though, so keep eating it! :)

Which fruit are high GI? Because i'm always a bit hungry it's really bad:O:-(

I don't know that by heart but, whenever you want to check that just google "Fruits GI" and you'll get websites like this: http://tinyurl.com/7r2rnr7 One thing though, don't stop eating fruits just because they have a high-GI! Because each fruit is unique in the group of nutrients it has. If it's a high-GI fruit, just avoid eating lots of it in a row and you'll be fine with insulin spikes :)

true i was being lazy and hoping you knew by heart:) fruit andveg just doesn`t seem to fill me up like it says it should.

I think it's normal to expect that since many people know that stuff by heart lol but I'm laaaazy too! lol :) Veggies tend to fill my stomach but then I usually need fruit to leave a different taste in my mouth, even if it's just one grape or two ;)

Right now though, because I'm about to go to sleep, it will have to be on a glass of milk. Today I really pushed my calorie limit but I won't worry because it's just one day ;) I will work out an extra 30 minutes tomorrow (just kidding ahah).

Dont worry i often have milk before bed too even with milo:o). all the fruits im eaing are low gi though so must be something else. had Sandwiches for lunch and that filled me up but probably not the best thing to have with all the bread.good night it`s only afternoon here so have to start thinking about dinner now(veggies and fish)

Veggies mixed with a protein keep me full. I am unfortunately not much of a fruit eater unless it is baked or dipped into something. I usually consume more fruit during the warm months.

I used to drink milk with chocolate before going to bed too! ;) Not anymore though. Oh, and chocolate has caffeine so, if you ever have trouble sleeping you know why lol. Oh so it can't be the fruit then! :) Bread is high-GI heheh so that's definitely not very good. Here, when I wrote that, it was almost morning lol ;) Veggies and fish? That's great! Go easy on fish that are high up on the food chain because of the concentration on heavy metals like mercury etc! The best fish in those regards are plankton eaters though there's no problem in exceptions though :)

I never was much for eating fruit too iamachristianjesusfreak but I noticed that, once I forced myself to eat it for some time, I would find myself wanting it more. I'm now in that stage. I find that, also eating some more exotic fruits really makes fruit more desirable for me :) What really made fruit taste great for me, though, was when I stopped eating refined sugars. That really made the biggest difference. I don't know if I'll be able to keep that ban for much longer though. Right now, it's all good lol.

We usually eat fresh barramundi no idea f that had high mercury or not? I love fruit always have probably because i grew up eating heaps in the hot weather.

Love exotic fruits too but strangely my favorite fruit is boring old apple.

Btw. Milo isn't chicolate it's made from malted barley:-) still not the healthiest of drinks i'll admit though.

Boring apples?... what I live honeycrisp apples. They are my favorite!

Regarding the barramundi Ninaj, this is what I found. Apparently it's a carnivore by nature though it can have a largely vegetarian diet. I think that, if your specific barramundi has a vegetarian diet, then you'll be ok, if it eats other species with high heavy metal content though, that's where it won't be so good :) http://tinyurl.com/o7un2ly

I used to love fruit when I was a kid too, but then I started eating lots of sweets and lots my appetite for it lol. I didn't know that about Milo! lol. I love apple's taste too but, strangely, I never feel like start eating them. I don't know why lol.
