YA ME.... BUSTING MY BUTT AT THE GYM IS STARTING TO PAY OFF:) SO MY NEXT GOAL IS TO GET TO 277 BY SATURDAY WHEN I WEIGH IN NEXT. ALSO IN NEXT FEW MONTHS I AM GOING TO START THE 5:2 DIET THAT ALOT OF MY FRIENDS THAT ARE IN BOAT HAVE DONE AND WORKS WONDERS FOR THEM.
126.6 kg Lost so far: 23.1 kg.    Still to go: 54.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
