Lowering my carbs and increasing proteins seems to be working quite well. I am pleased with how I am progressing. I admit there are times when don't make the best choices, but so far I have been able to stay within guide lines I set at the beginning.
121.6 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 42.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
