Binging for three weeks packs on the pounds. I have to find a better way to deal with stress. The stressful situations in my life aren’t going away any time soon and I can’t sacrifice my own health caring for my ailing father. It’s been hard to exercise as seeing Dad suffer really zaps my energy. I need to find some way to push through and still eat mindfully and at least walk regularly. Of course I still am teaching full time and have teenagers at home and since my parents are divorced I care for them separately and both of my brothers need assistance as well. You could say I am being pulled in many directions. Thankfully I have a supportive husband. I do realize that despite all of these stressors I absolutely must take care of myself. Continuing to binge and gain weight will just add more stress. Putting on my big girl panties again and reminding myself that my life has far more blessings than challenges.
81.6 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
