Apparently I am down to losing .4 pounds each week now. I'll take it over gaining for sure. Favorite quote from the day: "If I burned calories by using my brain than I would be super skinny", as stated by my assistant teacher. LOL!
75.0 kg Lost so far: 24.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
