Weekly average 168.8. Just squeezed into 168. I've been eating a bit higher in calories and I'm feeling good and still slowly losing. My plan is to keep it going even when on vacation. Fail to plan = plan to fail. 🗒✔
76.6 kg Lost so far: 2.8 kg.    Still to go: 6.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
