OK, this is it...Having hit my 170lb goal, I am now going for a new goal and will focus on getting to 159lb. To get there will mean not only sticking to the same smart eating plan but really upping the activities. New mantra - Do something every day.
77.2 kg Lost so far: 14.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
