The last couple of weeks have kicked my ass. Ive had two covid scares, three tests, one second vaccine, one day of feeling crappy from that, one trip to the vet with both dogs, one trip to the dentist that I think was messed up (but I couldnt go back because of the two covid scares and now IDK is it too late?) and loads and loads and loads of work to be done. I knew the work part would be bad, but it was really bad. And luckily I get to finish (?) that load this week, or maybe get more? I dont know but I do feel a bit refreshed and ready to take it on. I made myself take the weekend off and not do ANY paid work and that really helped.

This week my goals are:
Go to the gym at least twice and to do 2 workouts from home.
Track my water
Take my pills
Log my food - not necessarily trying to hit macros, just logging it for now.
Im also going to try meditating even though Ive always though its kinda dumb, but Im trying to keep an open mind and see if it can be helpful during high stress times. Im only looking to do it for a few minutes every day this week and then I will reevaluate and see if it sucked and there was no benefit for me, or if I want to continue exploring that route.
119.3 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 36.7 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.

Thanks! It was a routine visit for shots. They are OK just fat. It was just One. More. Thing. though!
