I have been very strict with myself and actually watching labels again. It's surprising how many foods have wheat in it when you wouldn't think there is. I find my weight does drop like this when the "toxin" isn't in my system *shrugs*.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
