Good Morning and good everyone,

i hope everyone's day goes great. Personally I could use a little more sleep, but the semester is coming to an end it and it'll be worth it to be closer to my career goals. I am grateful to see that my weight has went down since last week, not a lot but every little bit counts.

i will be going slightly over my calories today, but that's alright because I will be walking to each place and spending some quality with an old friend and my younger sister. I will still be planning, tracking and calculating today. Sometimes quality time will win out over other things and I want to enjoy my day with each of these lovely girls.

Yesterday, I finished off my week of self care by getting my hair done after 9 months. It felt amazing to treat myself even if I can't do it to often. I will make the photo my profile for anyone that cares to look.

i find out by tomorrow about a summer job opportunity that I have been waiting to participate in since I graduated from high school.

Hi Maddy! Last Monday was my birthday and I spent the whole weekend and Monday not counting. I decided that’s what would make happier and allow me to enjoy time with my loved ones. It’s ok to have slow days, because we will get there :). Yesterday I had my 2nd dose of the covid vaccine, and oh my, has it kicked my butt!! So today I anticipate 12 h of surviving mode trying to juggle baby and some work issues until hubs comes back and takes baby off me!

This week I got my 2nd vaccination on Monday so just hung out at home in case of any consequences - since I had no problems, I worked this week, visited my boyfriend and tried to get out walking with my neighbor, which I managed 4 days in a row. Good luck with school!

Glad your day is going good. You asked us to share... mine isn't the best.. I had a pet scan of heart done today. Nuclear IV made me really sick. Came home and am having a bit of soup to settle stomach... Have fun with your friend and sister!
