Fasting works. Never really tried length more than 20 hrs. This time: 48 hrs. No hunger pains. No nausea. Learned something new about this WOE. Add it to my Tweak Tool Box. Love this place and time-with all- at FS!!!!
64.8 kg Lost so far: 46.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I love Fasting it works wonders when you hit a plataeu speeds things up and really helps eith other things like even skin tone gives you a glow😉

I can fast til about 2 or3 p.m. but then my stomach starts to ache so I eat.

I have done the 36 hour where I eat every other day ...works unless I am exercising a lot - then I really need the energy
